1. What COMP Music Is

COMP is a social music platform and music listening companion. It lets users create structured music notes and social activity around songs, albums, artists, playlists, and music experiences.

COMP does not replace streaming services. COMP does not stream, host, or provide music files. Apple Music playback may be available for connected Apple Music subscribers. Other services may be accessed through deep links.

COMP is not affiliated with Apple Music, Apple, Spotify, Deezer, TIDAL, YouTube Music, MusicBrainz, or any other third-party music service unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use COMP.

By using COMP, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you are allowed to use the service under applicable law.

Users under 18 may use COMP, but they are responsible for following these Terms and any applicable rules from their parent, guardian, school, or jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may be able to sign up using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not:

• Use another person's account without permission
• Impersonate another person, artist, label, company, or organization
• Create accounts to abuse, spam, manipulate rewards, or evade enforcement
